EuroMed Youth Programme IV

Supports and strengthens the participation and contribution of youth organisations and youth from the Euro-Mediterranean region to the development of society and democracy, and promotes dialogue and understanding.

The Euro-Med Youth Programme is a regional programme set up within the framework of the third chapter of the Barcelona Process entitled "Partnership in social, cultural and human affairs".


It promotes the mobility of young people and the understanding between peoples through three types of actions: Youth Exchanges, Voluntary Services and Support Measures.


After the success of the three previous phases, it is notably expected that during this Phase IV of the Programme an estimate of around 100 projects will be funded.


8 countries will take part in: Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia, Lebanon, The Palestinian Authority, Egypt, Jordan, and Israel. Syria will not taking part to the Programme.
