I am a passionate trainer, youth worker, human rights educator and activist! I have jumped in non-formal education in 2010 and realised it was the right place for me... Then I found myself as a trainer and now working as a full time freelance trainer since 2015.

I believe in the power of non-formal education for fighting for positive change.

Work experience

I have been involved in the Non-Formal Education since 2011. Since then I have designed and delivered more then 80 training courses, seminars and study sessions and facilitated different large-scaled events (e.g. conferences, symposiums and etc.) for Council of Europe, United Nations Agencies, different National Agencies of Erasmus+, SALTO-YOUTH resources centres and dozens of local, national and international NGOs in Europe.

My work as a trainer, facilitator and consultant is covering the following topics: human rights, human rights education, non-discrimination, youth work, youth policy, youth participation, online participation, digitalisation, youth workers' competence development, organisational development, youth centre development, youth centre quality development, activism, online activism, campaigning and Advocacy.

Moreover, I have an intense background in human rights activism with solid experience in fighting for human rights online and offline within the Council of Europe Youth Campaign No Hate Speech Movement as an online activist, coordinator and follow up group member.
