As a trainer, I have the privilege of designing that 10% for different groups of learners and also to facilitate that 90% of this process.
It is a privilege and also a challenge which I aim to handle with sensitivity and responsibility.
I prefer to facilitate challenging and provocative learning activities and to ultimately, challenge/trigger the status quo thinking patterns.

Work experience
My work life represents, at the moment, a combination of different types of assignments:
- Writing projects and funding proposals for different NGOs from different countries but at the moment predominantly: Romania, Norway, Portugal, Slovenia, Serbia and Poland.
- Providing support and consultation for the implementation of these projects, including technical and management operational support.
- Being a trainer or facilitator in different activities in the projects I or my partners developed.
- Writing manuals and toolkits based on my experience as a trainer and coordinator.
My main areas of expertise encompass different topics/areas which are listed below:
Theatre of the Oppressed
- I have worked extensively with this methodology since 2004.
- I have the most experience with Forum and Image Theatre followed by Invisible, Newspaper, Legislative Theatre and Rainbow of Desire methods.
- I have accumulated experience as an actress, joker and trainer for actors/facilitators to operate with these methods.
- I have delivered Training of the Oppressed sessions (of few hours), 1 or 2 days workshops, 7-8 days training courses as well as long-term residential training programs.
