Work experience
I've been working with groups since a long time firstly as volunteer and afterwards as a professional community worker and trainer. Professionally, I have worked in several institutions such as: emergency houses for youngsters, peer education centers, street work, adult training, etc. Right now, I'm CEO at Team MAIS: a company specialized in Consulting, Training, and Non Formal Education Projects. Besides that I am a freelance trainer, giving training throughout Europe on different topics, mostly related to Creativity, the E+ Programme, Trainer and youth worker skills, Animation Techniques, Employment, Citizenship and Youth Participation.
